Current product claims should be checked against vendor documentation or other primary sources where possible. Competitor claims are labeled as such when they originate from a vendor comparison page.
Testing
We do not describe a product as “tested” unless we actually ran a documented test. Otherwise we use language such as “the vendor documents” or “the public site lists.”
Pricing
Prices change. Treat snapshots as dated references and verify the current vendor pricing page before purchase.
Corrections
Material factual errors should be corrected promptly and the affected page updated.
